NNT offers the most advanced and capable high flowing air pallet delivery system in the industry.  Our specially modified cargo van trailers have 5 roller tracks that are positioned evenly throughout the trailer floor. The pneumatic system is capable of lifting any Unit Load Devise (ULD’s) such as a M1 or the LD-1 containers. The military's version of this system is known as “463L“Air Pallets “. For loading purposes the system’s maximum payload capability is 100,000 pounds. These aluminum tracks are flush mounted beneath the floor.  Upon activation, the rollers engage and raise the ALOC Air pallets or containers vertically in for them to clear and roll out of trailers.

Each of our 53-foot AIR RIDE Duraplate Wabash trailers are equipped with 5 sectional AIR PALLET load locks.  In addition, our Roller Bed Fleet has optional mechanical motors, that allow all air pallets to transfer off the deck, smoothly and efficiently.  This option assures the transfer of fast flowing, no-touch freight onto the customer’s dock.  Our air freight consignments may be sent from (or to) airports that have necessary government customs clearance capability. Our preferred airports for Customs clearance for are ATL, BWI, EWR, JFK, IAD, MEM, MIA, and TPA.
